DESIGN
In house concept development, creating 2D and 3D CAD designs that can be visualised by 3D renders and then manufactured. The outcome being a functional unit that is also aesthetic.
ENGINEERING
Creating a product that is fit for purpose by meeting all of the specified requirements, using engineering principles and programs such as finite element analysis (FEA) and computer aided manufacturing (CAM). All products require the application of engineering calculations and knowledge in order to develop a clever solution to a problem.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Everyone comes up with ideas that they quickly scribble down. When they want these to be turned into reality, EDE is able to do so. EDE can make your ideas come to life with ease. If the product isn’t what you envisage, no problems, we reset and rework, creating the final product you desire.
PROTOTYPING
EDE will use external and in-house precision CNC machining, fabrication, 3D printing, injection moulding, castings, painting and finishing to generate one off prototypes that validate and verify your ideas.
MANUFACTURING
EDE will bring to you a high quality manufactured product by sourcing the correct manufacturing process, aiming for success no matter how large or small the product is.
MACHINE INTEGRATION
If you have an old out-dated machine or have invested in the newest piece of equipment, EDE has the ability to use the latest technology, including robotics to update and integrate your workspace.
INSTALLATION
EDE will install not only designs that have been engineered in house, but also other products in a timely manner. Any mechanical issues that arise throughout the installation process can be rectified at the time through engineering solutions and save time and cost in the long run.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Installation of new projects may require a manager to integrate a number of processes at once. EDE is able to come in and offer to manage these new installments, ensuring this all happens on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Elephant Design Engineering is the next BIG thing, we offer a complete solution to any problem, turning your idea into reality. We aim to provide an innovative service nationally whilst using the latest industry standards and software. There is no such thing as an unsolvable problem at EDE, no project is too small or large, including one off designs and prototypes.
In the design and engineering industry, there are three fundamental pillars which are time, quality and cost. Often it is thought that only two of the three pillars can be achieved, resulting in a product that is either low quality, exceeding timeframes or above budget.
